the rewards of being a foster parent!

Kittens and cats of all colours, shapes and sizes come into our care for so many different reasons. Many of them need fostering while they are prepared for adoption or while they are restored to their full health. Fostering is such a rewarding "job" - you get the joy of having a family pet without the long term commitment. You may be in Cyprus temporarily so you can't commit to a full time pet, or you may have work patterns that mean you have blocks of time when you are at home more... whatever the reason, we really hope you will consider fostering one of our lovely felines.

We can provide you with the things you will need to be a foster parent if you need them. For example, litter tray and litter, food etc. Medical bills, vaccination and neutering costs etc. are covered by Friends of Larnaca Cats but you may need to take them to a vet on our behalf. We have a list of vets that we use. Once you have decided to become a foster parent, a volunteer will explain everything in more detail.
