Cosmo was rescued at a young age after he was hit by a car that broke his pelvis. Although physically he has healed, mentally he has not and he is quite a shy boy.
Cosmo will need a nice quiet home that will give him all the time and patience he needs to settle and blossom into the sweet natured boy that he really is.
