Bella is a very sweet but shy little girl who hasn't been under our care for very long. Her amazing foster mum is working with her to bring her out her confidence and we sure she will get there in no time at all. For the time being, Bella is better with a more quieter family that will be able to give her all the time and patience she needs to continue to blossom.
